This website is a thoughtful tribute to a heroic brand of speculative fiction that blends elements of science and horror. Think Frankenstein, Blade Runner, Dark City, Alien, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, and other classics of speculative & dark fiction. SH spans science fiction, dark fantasy, horror, and atmospheric suspense. Think The Time Machine by H.G. Wells, or 1984 by George Orwell, and so many more great works of film and literature.
